Our Wichita West location offers walk-in ENT urgent care on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to Noon only for ear infections, ear pain, nosebleeds, sinus infections and throat issues.
The walk-in clinic is for urgent ear, nose and throat concerns only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Location: Mid-Kansas Ear, Nose & Throat Wichita West, 3840 N. Ridge Rd., Wichita, KS 67205
Hours: 8 a.m. to Noon Saturdays only

Walk-in Only: Appointments will not be made for Saturday urgent care. The Saturday clinic is walk-in only. Patients will be seen in order of check-in time. Please arrive early, as patients are seen based on availability and space is limited.

Insurance: We are providers for most major insurance plans. Coverage is dependent on your individual plan. Please check with your specific plan for benefit details.
Referrals: We do not require referrals. However, a referral may be required by your insurance plan. Please check with your individual plan prior to your visit. If you are unable to obtain a required referral prior to your visit, you will be considered “self-pay” for the visit and will be required to present payment in full at check-in. If your insurance requires a co-pay, that will be due at check-in.
Payment: We will file claims as a courtesy to our patients. Patients are responsible for any copayments at check-in. If you are self-pay, full payment for the office visit will be required at check-in: new patient: $160.00\established patient: $110.00.
Saturday Allergy Injections – By Appointment Only
If you are currently receiving allergy immunotherapy injections at Mid-Kansas Ear, Nose & Throat, you can now schedule your allergy injections for Saturday mornings between 8 a.m. and Noon at our Wichita West location, 3840 N. Ridge Rd. Patients from the Wichita East location are welcome to get their allergy injections at the Wichita West location (please see notes below).
Please note:
- Saturday allergy injections are available by appointment only between 8 a.m. and Noon.
- Saturday allergy injections are only available at our Wichita West location, 3840 N. Ridge Rd.
- You must be a current allergy immunotherapy injection patient at either the Wichita East or Wichita West location.
- If you choose to utilize the Saturday schedule option, your serum will be located at the Ridge Rd. location only. As a result, all allergy injection appointments will need to be made at the Wichita West location.
- If you are scheduled for Saturday allergy injections and need to reschedule to a weekday, your appointment must be at the Wichita West location. Because your serum is stored there, it cannot be transferred to another office.
